Please submit the 2026-2027 Parent Service Hour Report Form between May 1 – May 16, 2027. All families must complete this form every school year. Be sure to make it entirely to the end of the form and click submit before you leave the page. You will receive a confirmation email when the form has been successfully submitted.
An option to make a $10 per hour donation to fulfill any remaining hours is included in the Parent Service Hour Report form linked above.
